Prices

Minimum booking 4 nights and 10% discount off prices below if booked and deposit paid before 30th April 2010. 10% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is required a minimum of two weeks prior to the arrival date.

* Minimum stay - 4 nights (4 - 6 nights additional cleaning charge of £35).
* The above costs include bed linen for up to 4 people, above this requirement a charge of £9.00 per person is required.
* All bed linen is changed and replaced after 2 weeks (if your stay is longer than 2 weeks)at a charge of £13 for 2 people, £20 for 4 people and £30 for 6 people.
* 10% discount if booked before 30th April 2010 (10% deposit received).
* Arrival after 17:00 (unless advised sooner by apartment manager).
* Departure before 10:00.
* If arrival is after 22:00 a key handling fee of £17 is required and if after midnight a £40 fee is charged.
* Travel cot and highchair for babies and toddlers.
